Communities where no family is homeless.
To engage Christian faith communities in ending family homelessness through neighboring relationships that demonstrate Christ’s love.
Bridge of Hope Berks launched in February 2026 initiated by two former program alumni and discerned by community members. Our work is to engage Christian faith communities in ending family homelessness through neighboring relationships that demonstrate Christ’s love and partner with the other efforts happening in Berks County.
Our current campaign is to raise $500,000. This will allow us to hire an Executive Director and Case Manager, provide two years of operating budget, provide rental assistance for 8-10 families, engage and equip churches to create Neighborhoods of Support, and equip families with financial management strategies.
